Privacy Policy

Evertx (the "Website") is a free viewer for public Everscale blockchain data, operated by Config44, LLC., a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information is involved when you use the Website. In short: we don't ask for personal information, we don't use tracking or advertising tools, and we don't sell your data or share it except with the providers that run the Website.
1. What we don't collect
The Website has no accounts, sign-ups or forms. We don't ask for your name, email address or any other personal details. The Website itself doesn't set cookies or store anything in your browser, and we don't use analytics scripts, advertising or tracking tools. We may look at aggregate traffic statistics, such as request counts and countries, that Cloudflare produces from its logs.
2. Technical data in logs
Like any website, the Website receives standard technical information from your browser when you visit. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the page that linked you here, the date and time, and the address of each page your browser requests. Those addresses include anything you type into the search box, and may include pages your browser loads in advance when you hover over a link. Our servers and infrastructure providers may record this information in logs.
We use it only to run the Website, keep it secure, fix problems, prevent abuse and understand overall usage. We don't use it to identify you or to build a profile of you, and we keep it only as long as those purposes require.
3. If you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and keep it only as long as needed for that. Our email provider handles it on our behalf.
4. Service providers
We rely on a few providers to run the Website, and they handle the technical data described above:
- Hosting providers run our servers and may log incoming traffic.
- Cloudflare delivers and protects the Website, so all traffic to the Website passes through its network. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf and also uses it for its own purposes, such as detecting and blocking malicious traffic. It may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security and traffic management, such as telling people apart from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and cookie list.
- Blockchain nodes, run by third parties, supply the data the Website shows. Our servers send these requests, not your browser. The requests include the address or hash you look up, but not your IP address or any other information about you.
We may change providers over time.
5. How we share information
We don't sell personal information or share it for advertising. Apart from the providers above, we disclose information only when the law requires it, when needed to protect the Website, our rights or the safety of others, or to a successor if the Website is transferred, in which case this policy continues to apply to that information.
6. Public blockchain data
Everything the Website displays comes from a public blockchain. We don't control that data and can't change or delete it. Blockchain addresses aren't names, but others may be able to link an address to a person.
7. Browser privacy signals
Because we don't track you across websites, and don't sell personal information or share it for advertising, signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control don't change how the Website works: there's nothing for them to turn off.
8. Children
The Website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Security
The Website is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information in our logs. No system is completely secure, though.
10. Visitors outside the United States
The Website is operated from the United States. The information described here may be processed in the US and anywhere our providers operate.
Where laws like the EU or UK GDPR apply, we rely on our legitimate interests in running and securing the Website and replying to messages. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Your questions and requests
If you have a question about this policy, or want to ask about or exercise your rights over information we may hold about you, contact us using the details in Section 13. Because the Website has no accounts, we may not be able to link log entries to you, but we'll respond to requests as applicable law requires.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Because the Website has no accounts, we can't notify you directly. Instead, we'll post the updated policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date above, so please check back periodically. If a change is significant, we'll also note it on the Website for a reasonable period. An updated policy applies only to information collected after it's posted.
